- - SHE'S KNOWN HEARTACHE AND PAIN- -but she's never known pain like thisWHEN ALL THAT SHE'S DONE IS BE WHO SHE IS When Carina had first arrived here this place had fascinated her, it was so vibrate, so full of life. So many people rushed in and out, forever moving and changing. She wasted days just watching and learning. They, humans, were so strange yet similar to what she knew and her early days had been sent trying to understand and mimic them, trying to live in a world she had only watched for her hundreds maybe thousands of years. Carina wasn’t entirely sure how old she was anymore, which had proven difficult when she arrived, these humans were so obsessed with age. Always too old or too young and here she was no having a clue. She had finally settled on saying mid-twenties, which most people though was her just not wanting to admit being close to thirty.
And now, well she mused with a bitter painful smile, just take a look around. This station once a hive of activity was now empty, forgotten and dirty. Carina had taken to coming here over the past few weeks, so many places in the city were taken over by demons, who had left her alone for now but she wasn‘t about to push her luck by wandering into a demon haven. And the humans had taken over other areas, which she had been tempted to wandering around. But then she had heard these rumours that human had taken to hurting angels. Now Carina hadn’t been an angel in over a year but she wasn’t entirely sure if she would be hurt by the weapons just the same. So the station had been her first place to go, to try to find a human that is. Carina had been human hunting for the last few weeks, having decided to earn herself a place in heaven again. She had been told when she was removed that she could earn her place back by guarding a human, making herself a fallen guardian angel. Now she just had to find one and get them to accept her as a guardian. Which was proving much more difficult in the current climate then expected.

Living on the undergroundGuess it’s time to put you down [/size] Nollen had never felt lonely in his nineteen years of life. He enjoyed being alone actually, it was much better than trying to be killed, which still happened on a daily basics anyways, but Nollen beat the system when he decided to be a killer instead. It didn't bother him that people feared him either... feared or hated. To Nollen, they were the same thing anyways.
He went everywhere, just so people knew his name. So people would know t stay away from him, unless they wanted to be in the ground. Only stupid humans tried to kill him and they were easy enough to put a knife through. Angels and demons were the fun ones to kill. Even with his demon heritage, Nollen had never felt any real loyalty to his kin. In fact, he killed plenty of demons and the devas was positive that his family wasn't too please with him either. Oh well, life went on.
Nollen was half asleep in the train station when she arrived. He enjoyed the train station, it was always fun to meet someone who didn't know him. The devas studied his new victim. She was young enough, looked human enough, but didn't feel it. Nollen knew for a fact she wasn't any angel or demon either. A nephilm, perhaps?
The devas twisted the knife in his hand and stuck it on his belt, hiding it behind his jacket. It was one of a kind, made to kill both angels, demons and anything in between. Nollen was very lucky to have err--- stumbled upon it. He came out from his hiding spot, silently with grace, from behind her. "You look lost," he said quietly, but loud enough that Nollen knew she could hear him. "Welcome to Hell! Population: lowering everyday."

- - SHE'S KNOWN HEARTACHE AND PAIN- -but she's never known pain like thisWHEN ALL THAT SHE'S DONE IS BE WHO SHE IS "You look lost, welcome to Hell! Population: lowering everyday." The voice sounded from behind her, and her mind instantly brought forward a plan of her surroundings there was an open train carriage behind her, she hadn't bothered to check, she wasn't scared of the things that ended up down here. She wasn't scared of much, she would after all come back again as a demon. Though she of course didn't plan to die, as far as she knew nothing could run as fast or as long as she could.
Turning round slowly she smiled, it was a boy. A young boy, barely out of childhood in her eyes. She laugh softly as his words registered, the edge of it coloured with bitterness "I'm not exactly new to hell child" Her voiced sounded in a direct contrast to his quiet yet harsh tones, her own was louder in a gentle tone, but still that trace of bitter her exile had left her with coloured everything she said. "And what are you then? A brave little human? Or something worse?" Carina had never really been good at figuring out what she was talking to beyond angels and demons, and of all these new races she knew very little. Still she was fast and had that neat stamina which could keep her running from coast to coast.
Carina turning her back again on the boy and walked over to one of those machine, the ones that used to hold newspapers, perching on top she titled her head as she survey the boy in front of her. He felt human, well human enough to make an impression. "My name is Carina." She supplied her natural curiosity burn up instead her, you'd think after all the trouble it had caused her she would have started to ignore it but no it's still one of her main drives.

- - SHE'S KNOWN HEARTACHE AND PAIN- -but she's never known pain like thisWHEN ALL THAT SHE'S DONE IS BE WHO SHE IS "Hmm, many would say much worse, much, much worse." Carina had to smile at that, so he thought himself a scary little boy, did he. Well that wasn't right now was it, still human enough to leave a scent was still human enough to be weaker then her. And he had given up that element of surprise now hadn't he? She mused biting at her lower lip in thought as he spoke again. "Nollen" Hmm a strange name, not really linked to any type of creature, this child was just trying to frustrate her. "Hmm?" She muttered being broken out her internal questionings when the child spoke.
"Humans? Look around my friend, do you see any of those here? No they hide like rats in forgotten buildings coated in charms that demons can't past. And i would hazard a guess that you can't pass them either." Carina knew she was baiting something unknown and probably dangerous but she had always been dangerously curious. And now she was desperate to know exactly what kind of creature was before her. And this wouldn't be the first time her curiosity had gotten her into trouble in this new world, she could run with the best of them. In the time it would take him to cross the two feet or so separating them she could be approaching the city limits.
"Well Nollen, it's a pleasure to met you."Just because she was in a dangerous situation didn't mean Carina was about to abandon all manners.

"I go where I want to go," He said simply, smirk playing on his lips. He wasn't revealing anything just yet.
"Ahh, but guarding one is the only way to get your wings back, unless you want to be damned as a demon of course, but if that was the case you wouldn't be here." He was curious about the lost of her wings, but Nollen thought it would be rude and even if he was an ass, he wasn't that rude.
"I wish I could say the same, but actually I really don't like company." He wasn't that rude, but he was still an asshole.
