• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • pain was the first thing to greet him as he opened his eyes. He wasn't sure if his eyes were actually open yet. Or if he was even still alive. Everything was blurred and everypart of him screamed in agony. Even the air moving in and out of his lungs was something that made him want to scream. He couldn't focus, images flashed infront of his eyes making his head spin. Stomach churning, he did the only thing that he could do, and leaned over the side of his bed and vomitted.
groggily, he wiped his mouth on his bed sheet and laid back down, groaning. Breathing heavily he opened his eyes and stared up at the ceiling above him. The inside of this church was just a plain brown screen of rafters and support beams. He and the ceiling had become old friends over the past few weeks were Llyon could barely move. In his mind he had traced every single wood grain pattern as he thought about what the world had finally come too, what his life had finally come too. Even though he had spent his life working on trying to protect his family, he had failed to do just that. He had spent his life training and had spent months in what he had thought was a Hell on Earth for his family. But even that was worthless now. Pushing himself weakly into a sitting position, Llyon kept a hand on his chest, feeling the fabric of his bandages underneath his skin. It was a fresh wrap, but he knew that if he moved too fast, he would break open his wounds and bleed through the wrappings. Underneath the bandages were the reason for his position in this church.
hundred of criss cross patterns and haggard lines marked his chest, which was halfway through it's healing. For weeks he had been laying in this church, doing nothing but that. Healing. Always if he had asked to be a part of something, or had asked to do anything for this group, these Soliders, if was always followed with, 'when your healed', or 'when your feeling better'. He was sick and tierd of waiting around and doing nothing. Something, itched, in his chest and it wasn't his healing wounds. He needed to move, he needed to get out of this place before he went crazy. It almost felt like he was back in Iraq, watching his friends slowly loose their minds, but this time, it was happening ot him, and not to someone else. And so with that though, Llyon made his decision.
moving as quickly as his body could allow him, Llyon managed to pull on his shirt, careful of his bandages. Luckily he was already wearing pants and just needed to slip on a leather jacket and his boots. Again, moving as quickly as he could, he moved in and out of the mass of people that had gathered in this church. Some he recognized from hazy fever dreams and others he knew from day to day stalking. Hey, he had been in a bed for the longest time, what else was he supposed to do? He could see frowns on some of the peoples faces. They knew that he wasn't supposed to be up and about, but none the less, they didn't stop him.
soon he was outside, and before he knew, he was moving outside of the Soliders safezone. As he moved less and less people became visible to the point were soon, he was the only one. He didn't know where he was going, and sooner than later he found himself in a park. Even though he was a physically fit man, he was soon breathing heavily after a hour or so of walking. Coming to a small park, he couldn't continue without a rest and so, despite everyone now telling him not to stop moving in the city, he had to stop. Hearing the gravel crunch underneath his feet, he made his way to a slide, where he sat down and laid on his back. This park was around his old neighbourhood and he could remember loving this slide when he was younger. Now, feeling the cool metal on his exposed neck skin, he could almost feel like he was back in the past with his brother and sister. His eyes closed as he thought back and slowed his breathing, always aware of the pain of his chest. His thoughts were interupted when the chrunch of gravel announced another pair of footsteps. Llyon sighed out and opened his eyes, knowing that if the wrong person stood in front of him, he was screwed.

The gentle throb in her lower back worried her. Not due to it being hurt. No, that would only take a few moments to heal if there had been something that stabbed it. The pain was in her muscles, and it shot up into her heart and her gut. It was a pain she was worried about, and as she leaned up, a hand rubbing the small of her back, the blond's attention snapped to the sleeping form next to her. The golden retriever lifted her head and gave an innocent look to the blond, "Sarah let Rain sleep here with her." As if to defend herself. Grinning softly, she answered, "I'm not mad, Rain." She laughed softly, as Rain slid off the bed, and the Nephilim dumped a can of dog food into her companion's food bowl near the tiny closet in the room. The closet she'd strategically organized so she could fit everything she'd found over the past year or so stayed in there nice and neat. Plus so that she could actually close the door. She shared a bathroom with four other girls, who didn't seem to mind when she sometimes needed to give Rain a bath too. Then the wet dog smell, one which she got rid of by drying off Rain pretty well, then using a hair dryer and opening the bathroom window, then bringing her into the room, and keeping the window open for the rest of the day. Or she'd take Rain outside and just have her sit outside on the steps, enjoying the fresh air. As she washed herself, getting ready for a day to explore, her mind traveled back to a year or so ago. Her hands clutched the edges of the sink in pain as the memory swarmed her mind and her vision. Sarah awoke to a horrible pain all throughout her body. She opened her mouth to scream, but nothing came out. Not a peep. The 18-year-old, that day, freaked and rolled over in her double-sized bed. What was happening? Was she dying? The excruciating pain went from the top of her head, all the way to what it felt like were the tips of her fingers and toes. Was there one place that didn't hurt? After awhile, however long it was in reality, but it felt like it had been hours till the pain finally started to subside. Moaning, the young woman looked to see Rain pacing back and forth at her closed door, wanting to obviously get out and get help for her owner. The young woman then rolled out of her bed, and gasped, as something seemed to follow her. Wide-eyed, she approached her full-length mirror, and then the scream came out. It jolted her parents awake, at 4:18 a.m. Her mother jumped out, as well as her father and her little brother, Freddie. Horrified, she fell back, as tears streaked down her cheeks. The door burst open, and first in came Freddie, since his room was right next to hers. His jaw dropped upon seeing why she had screamed. Looking up to see her parents and brother standing in the doorway, through sobs, she wailed, "What's happening to me?!" On her back, was a pair of magnificent, pearly-white wings. They laid lazily by her, unknown to her how to be used, though they soon curled up neatly against her back. "What am I?!" The memory faded, and she inhaled sharply, realizing she'd day dreamed. Closing her eyes, she shook her head. It was over now. Those days were gone, especially after her mother kicked her out that same day, on her 18th birthday. She looked to Rain, at least she'd been able to keep her loyal friend. Reaching down, she whispered softly, "All my life, I thought I was just a regular human, Rain...who knows, you might even be some hybrid between a dog and something else for all I know." She gave the Golden retriever a look, which the dog promptly returned, as if she understood that whole thing. Grinning, the girl then slid on a pair of flat black boots and then a heavy cardigan. Fortunately the weather was beginning to climb, if ever so slightly, plus she didn't get cold too easily. Brushing back her dried hair, she patted Rain and slid on the dog's sky-blue collar before they headed outside as she pulled up her jeans. She needed to remember to get some bigger pants soon, if she was pregnant. But, her mind traveled to that thought, she was late. That meant either because of the stress due to living here, or because of something else. What she needed to do, as she thought, pulling on a beret and adjusting her messenger bag, she had to find a test, or find someone who would be able to tell her. Today though, she planned on just going out and walking around. Of course Rain followed. The dog padded along side the blond, chocolate brown eyes matching the green ones of the human, scanning for any dangers. Running a hand along the dog's silky smooth head, the young woman mused softly to herself, pondering. With the world as it was, it was amazing people were still doing what they were doing. She should say the same. Her eyes darkened, that damned angel. She hoped he became a Fallen. That way he'd be stuck here, and then he could see - if she was pregnant - his child grow up. Or maybe she could find an Archangel to have his wings ripped - what was she thinking? Her hand fell to her stomach, and she shivered. She didn't want to think about things like that, especially if she had a life within her - no matter how young, innocent or small. It was only a month, she'd give herself time and see if she were pregnant or not. Teeth found the lower lip and proceeded to gnaw softly, though not enough to bleed. The scent of blood could draw the demons here, and that's now what she really wanted. Boots were silent on the ground as she then headed around, before realizing she had come up to a park. And before she could do anything, Rain took off towards the park, obviously having spotted something to her interest. Thinking back to the good old days with her brother and her family, Sarah sighed softly, before the blond then realized what Rain was doing, the dog hovered near a form on the slide, sitting patiently, waiting for either the girl to do something, or - from what she could see - the guy to do something too. Approaching him, she was about to grab onto Rain's collar, but decided against it. He didn't smell like a supernatural. Her eyes landed on bandages that were visible beneath his coat. Then recognition flashed in her eyes. He was in the Church! That's right, the Soldier who had been found and healed by the same woman, May or something, who had spoken to her about her baby if she should happen to be pregnant. Realizing her hand was still on her stomach, the girl quickly dropped it and spoke, "Excuse me..." her eyes scanned over him silently, as concern flooded her features before she could stop it, "Are you all right?" her vision narrowed in on the bandages on his chest she could see, as Rain then lifted her head and managed to lick a part of the guy's bare arm, not near a bandage, as if in an attempt to comfort him. Approaching the guy on the other side that the dog wasn't on, Sarah's eyes watched him curiously, "You're in the Church...aren't you?" Yes, it had to be him. She recognized his features, and the smell too. Mostly his features though. The Nephilim shifted gently, giving him his space as she shifted her messenger bag, her anti-demon and anti-angel weapons becoming apparent, one on each thigh, held by a strap. Hey, one never knew when an angel might attack. She arched an eyebrow, "I'm Sarah...I think I live down the corridor from where you are...." she looked to her dog, "That's Rain, sorry if she licks you." i believe i told some lies / tagged. im holding onto all i had / 1,371 bam! ~ ♛ ~ IN YOUR HEAD, IN YOUR HEADT H E Y A R E F I G H T I N G~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ HE had seen the guy leave, aimlessly walking out of the Soldiers safe zone. Hayden caught sight of him heading into the park, he didn’t bother to stop him, but at least be could be around, just to be sure nothing happened. After the soldier had been gone a few minutes, Hayden made a move to leave. A knife hidden in his boot and a gun strapped on his waist, just in case they ran into demons. He knew the guy would be totally screwed, the soldier wouldn’t be able to fight due to the fact that he was attacked by a Validus recently.
When they brought him in, he looked bad, it was a miracle he survived, but the guy would always have the scars as a reminder. Hayden had very few noticeable scares on him, he was glad of it. The one thing he felt ashamed of, were the scars on his back. They were a reminded that he was kicked out of Heaven, and a clear sign to everyone that he was not worthy of being with the angels and the sort.
He almost had a run in with a Validus earlier in the day. He knew full well he could easily be destroyed by them, the soldier was damn lucky. “You know you could get hurt out here real easily, right?” Hayden spoke, his eyebrow arched up. If Hayden could heal the soldiers wounds, he would have. The fallen one could only handle so much. It sucked sometimes, being a fallen. He wasn’t all that much help to the soldiers, except for his ability to track.
Hayden smelled someone else coming, it was a very faint icy scent, probably a half breed or another fallen. The gravel crunched beneath her feet, Hayden noticed that she also had a dog. A look of recognition flashed onto the woman’s face when she had noticed the soldiers bandages. “Excuse me…” Her voice was soft, feathery, angelic. Hayden wondered what she was, it was kind of hard to tell at the moment.
He stepped aside, letting the woman speak. He didn’t mind, after all he was only there to make sure nothing happened. He noticed an anti-angel weapon strapped to the woman’s thigh. His muscles tensed, his hand clenched into a fist and his gaze became a glare in the girl’s direction. What did she have against angels? He remembered that a lot of half-breeds don’t trust angels or demons.
So she was from the Church. Hayden didn’t recognize her, she must have been new. Whatever the girl’s deal was with angels, Hayden wanted to know, but he wasn’t going to force the information out of her.

Though his body wanted him to pant, Llyon knew that the rapid movement would send waves of anguish through him. Even breathing slowly, as he was doing, controlling his inhalation and exhalation, was agony. For his whole life, Llyon had never really gotten himself hurt. The worst that he could remember had been when he had jumped off the top of the garage because of a dare from his brother. He had fallen awkwardly and broken his shoulder along with his wrist. When he had opened his eyes he thought that no pain could be worse. Well, his nine year old self had been wrong. Even during his time in the army he hadn't been injured. If he thought anytime that he would get hurt it was during the service, not after. Sighing, and grimacing slightly, he placed a hand on his ribcage. The past month he couldn't really remember, but the reason why he could was plain in his mind.
It was like time had slowed down to a crawl, almost as if he was moving through jelly. For one minute the snow had been falling thickly, clinging to the black beret on his head, and the shoulders of his camouflage wear. And then he could see every individual snowflake as they lazily drifted through the air. Llyon's heart was pounding underneath his chest, but he knew it was just the idea that after so many long months away from basically his whole life, as soon as he stepped through that front door, he would be back. What had his brother and sister been up while he was gone? Of course he had gotten letters, but that wasn't the same as talking to them. His hand grasped the bronze door handle and he slightly turned, pushing the door open. Nothing would have prepared him for what he saw next. A large group of people were standing in his living room, almost like they had been waiting for him. At first Llyon thought it was a group of his friends and family, but noone cheered when he walked through the door, and after a moment Llyon realised that every single person in the group supported a large pair of midnight black... wings? The heavy footstep of his boot caused some of the group to turn around and look at him. The closest to him turned and he saw the most beautiful woman he had ever seen, crystal blue eyes striking fear into his heart. She laughed. Llyon screamed.
The next thing he remembered was opening his eyes in that Church and being told that the world had basically ended. And now he was here, in this park. That was it. Llyon sighed again, and hearing a pair of footsteps, he opened his eyes. His gaze fell on a man, probably the same age as himself standing watching him. he looked like someone that Llyon could easily be friends with, wearing that gun like he could use it. “You know you could get hurt out here real easily, right?” Llyon shot him a look and laughed softly to himself. "Do you really need to tell me that? Thanks for the warning guy." Sitting up, Llyon was going to start moving again, but a dog seemed to appear out of no where. As the dog reached his side, he could see a young woman follow the dog towards him. Had he seen her before? Leaning forward slightly, he started to pet the dog behind its ears as the girl caught up. " "Excuse me...Are you all right?" Still petting the dog, Llyon didn't see the point in answering her as he didn't really have an answer. Looking between the mystery guy with the warning and this young girl, Llyon wondered. "You two know each other?" The dog licked his arm and Llyon started to scratch underneath her chin. "You're in the Church...aren't you? I'm Sarah...I think I live down the corridor from where you are....That's Rain, sorry if she licks you." Thats where she was from! He knew she looked familiar. He nodded towards her. ""I'm Llyon. "

The moment Rain reached the guy lying on the slide, green eyes shifted warily to the other one with him. He not only had lighter hair, but lighter eyes too. And a different smell. Inhaling slowly, in order to get a good whiff of the guy, the blond realized it, he smelled like an angel, but not a full one at that. He wasn't like her, the icy smell was dull. This, she'd learned from the other Nephilim, she'd learned they were called. Though she hadn't learned much, she was beginning to enjoy learning what she hadn't known. Eying Rain, who was whining happily when the guy patted her, she licked his hand, before she moved onto the guy with the weird smell, her tail wagging back and forth, almost as if it would give someone a bruise if they should be hit by her tail. Eyes flashed calmly, attempting to figure this guy out. Her eyes landed on his gaze, which had touched upon the anti-angel gun at her thigh. Pausing, the blond mused gently, swiftly showing him the safety was on, and she then casually switched its place with the anti-demon gun, so the anti-demon one was on top, and she mused solemnly, "You never know who is friend or foe." Her voice barely a whisper, though it rang true. Tucking some hair behind her ear, her eyes fell down to the Golden Retriever who licked her lips, then nudged the blond guy's hand, and fell loyally back to her owner's side. Softly, the girl inquired, knowing the guy standing by her should hear it easily, if he was what she thought he was, "You smell...you're not an angel.....are you?" She kept her voice soft, not wanting to offend him if she could avoid it. No, that was the last thing she wanted to do. Her eyes fell down to her stomach for a moment, acting as if she were looking down to her dog, before back to the guy lying down on the slide. Exchanging a look between the two of them, she paused and mused, "Do you have a name?" Eying the one who had the smell to him, though it wasn't bad. Her attention snapped to the other who spoke about them knowing each other. Shaking her head she answered, "No....not that I know of." Though he may have known her father, who based on the pictures, Sarah knew she looked a lot like him, at least the nose and eyes, she'd gotten the nose and hair from her mother, though her father had been blond too. Shifting gently, she watched as the guy on the slide scratched under Rain's chin, and the dog whined eagerly, joyfully. Yeah, he just became best friends with her. Shaking her head softly at Rain, Sarah heard her comment, Rain like this. A lot. Grinning at the dog's comment, Sarah mused, "She really likes that..." Her eyes landed on him when he spoke, saying his name. Llyon. That's right, she recognized it, since she'd been in the infirmary a few days she had seen him down there, recovering before he moved to his own room. She wondered how Mei or who-ever was taking that, considering that Llyon still had to heal quite a bit. If she thought about it, humans were pretty fragile, but that was why she wanted to protect them, or help to protect them anyway. Her eyes locked onto Llyon, then the unnamed male, before she tilted her head softly, looking to the other male curiously. He did have this weird smell about him, but it wasn't as...strong so to speak as the one she remembered faintly in her memory, before her parents vanished and adopted her out of their lives, not only for her protection, but their own. The other Archangels, her mother claimed in a letter, they looked down on her relationship with her father, therefore they had to part ways and give Sarah a place to stay. Fortunately Sarah did get to meet her mother once, before what-ever happened, when she'd been 12. Green eyes darkened slightly at this thought, though she quickly smothered it, not wanting to get emotional right here and now, especially with her hormones out of whack. Suddenly, Rain barked, and then took off for a nearby rabbit she'd spotted. Sarah gasped, and her knees buckled when her dog accidentally bumped into them. i believe i told some lies / tagged. im holding onto all i had / eh :3. i believe in butterflies / done. go to hell some other day / click! <3. saying sorry for when i was bad / i hope one catches her. ~ ♛ ~ IN YOUR HEAD, IN YOUR HEADT H E Y A R E F I G H T I N G~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ HE had this strong urge to laugh, for a slight second laughter danced in his eyes before a smirk touched his features. Humans were fragile, but it amazed Hayden how strong some were. They had big hearts, not all of them had a weak mind. The half breeds, they were a confusing bunch, he didn’t mind, especially since most of them were extremely cautious.
He was caught off guard when the girl’s dog approached him. His eyes never left the girl as he bent down for a moment to pet the Golden Retriever. The girl shifted a bit, as she did so, he caught sight of the safety on the anti-angel gun. “You never know who is friend or foe.” She said quietly. Hayden nodded in understandment. The angels and archangels were having the same problem. These days you never knew who you could trust.
“No, I’m not,” He said quietly, sorrow clear in his eyes. “But that’s for another time.” His voice was not harsh, it held no malice or venom. Only bitterness, regret, pain, things that he tried hard to hide from outsiders. He was perfect back in Heaven, or at least he’d like to think so. “The name’s Hayden.” Hayden Di Angelo, a name he disgraced. He wasn’t even sure if his parents wanted to talk to him anymore, its been so long since he’s seen them.
Hayden looked up to the sky, no sign of the sun. Only dark clouds that covered up the sun as usual. Still he could tell the skies were darkening. Soon it would be night, a couple hours or so until the demons became more active.
The dog ran off suddenly, he heard Sarah gasp, followed by a collapse. “Are you okay?” The dog would be fine for now, but he wanted to get her back before she attracted to much attention towards them. It was much harder fighting off a group of demons than fighting one or two. “I’ll be back in a few.” Hayden took off after the dog, following its scent farther and farther.
Hayden lost sight of the dog, the sky ever darkening. As much as he hated to attract attention to them, this dog obviously meant a lot to the girl. He let out a loud whistle that echoed around the park. If there were demons close by, they would have heard it and in no time they’ll be swarming towards the park. If that happened, Llyon would be in very deep shit.

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Sometimes you could learn more about a person but watching them interact with others than you normally could by engaging a conversation with them. And seeing has he knew nothing about these two people, Llyon decided to just let them talk and see if he could find anything useful in their conversation. not that he was that type of person, he just like to know how a person would act before they started talking to him. It was nice to know if someone was a dick before you started talking to them. And so Llyon pulled himself in a sitting position on the slide as the two stranger made eye contact, the girl engaging the conversation. Idlyccc, Llyon's hand continued to scratched behind the dogs ears and he couldn't help but remember the time when he had had his own dog. Goliath had been his best friend, going everywhere and doing everything with Llyon. Llyon had basically grown up with the dog, not really remembering the time when they had gotten him. Goliath had always been the stable point in his life, the only true friend that didn't judge him for what he did, or didn't do. Unfortunatly , the Great Dane had passed when he was in Iraq, a tear stained letter bearing the sad news. Llyon had cried his own tears at the thought that his pillar was gone and he hadn't even gotten to say good bye. As he petted the soft fur of the Golden Retriever, he couldn't help but remember when he would come home from being out all night and come home to a house covered in stuffing, the remains of a pillow strewn about his house.
Just thinking about his dog brought back old pangs of grief and so Llyon turned his attention back to the conversation passing between the two. "You smell...you're not an angel.....are you?" What did she mean by smell? Was she a supernatural herself? With the blonde hair Sarah reminded him alot of his sister. Sabrina had always believed in angels and of course Jales and Llyon had mocked her for that belief. Suddenly, he was anxious to hear the answer from this guy. “No, I’m not,” Llyon wasn't the best at reading emotions, but he could tell that that statement hurt the guy to say. “But that’s for another time...The name’s Hayden.” There! Now he had a name to put to the face. Hayden and Sarah. Both were something.... not human, but right now, neither was going to tell him their secrets. And serves them right. He wasn't some Dr. Phil wanna be to sit and listen to their problems all day long. He had his own shit to deal with.
"She really likes that..." Llyon's brow furrowed for a second and he forgot what she was talking about until he looked down and remembered that he had been scratching Rain for the last few minutes. The dog did look happy, with it's tail hitting his leg hard enough for it to send waves of dull aches up his bones. Llyon shrugged at that. "I've always been good with dogs." Llyon flashed a smile at Sarah and thumped Rain's chest like he used to do with Goliath. Standing up slowly, Llyon placed a hand on his chest and the other rubbed the back of his head. "So, you come to fetch me back or what?" His tone wasn't annoyed at all, but held a bit of laughter to it in a honest question. Just then Rain barked and ran off after a rabbit. It seemed to happen in slow mo where Hayden ran off after the dog and Sarah gasped, starting to fall. Quickly, Llyon stepped forward and caught her, the brunt of her fall smacking him in the chest. Agony waved through his body and black threatened to swallow his vision. His knees shook but remained steady. His head in a daze from the wave of pain, he muttered more to himelf. "You should be more careful Sabrina." It was the blonde hair. Realizing what he said, shock caused his eyes to go wide, and holding a clenched fist against his chest as if to fight residual waves that passed through him, he turned and started to walk away, trying to fight the paniac and embarresment that well up inside him. Where was his family? Were they still alive? Would he ever see Sabrina or Jales alive again?

Even in times like these, she was thankful for meeting people - who knew when these people might come in handy. Especially other supernaturals, or angels or what-ever. Though she'd prefer not demons, they were cunning and only looked out for themselves. Her teeth ground together at that, and she felt a pang travel from her lower back and around to her stomach. Calming her nerves, she smiled when Rain was about to go crazy. The dog was loving these two guys, especially Llyon, why, she wasn't sure, but it may deal with the smell the blonde guy had. Tucking some of the wavy blonde hair on her head, Sarah smiled softly, though it faded at Hayden's words. They sounded harsh. Or maybe she just imagined they sounded harsh. He wasn't an angel, or a nephilim like she was, then what was he? A...her mind drew a blank before it settled down, and she realized it. A fallen angel. What had he done to deserve that? Worry creased her brow, wanting to know, though she certainly wouldn't force it out of him, but she had heard of some angels who were betrayed by others and cast out, due to the paranoia the Heavens held towards anyone but angels and Archangels. That was one thing that got her. Her mind traveled with this, her father was an Archangel, who-ever he was, and her child's father was an angel, a good one at that - or so she liked to think. Sarah's green eyes darkened momentarily, though lightened up the moment the guy gave her a piece of information, his name. Hayden, a good name. She liked it, nodding gently, she mused, "Pleasure, Hayden." Sarah tilted her head gently towards Llyon at his inquiry, curious as to who he was asking that, but she replied, eying Hayden quietly, "I certainly didn't, you're a grown man, I trust your decision-making for the most part." she allowed a small playful smile to coil along her lips. Unfortunately the moment Rain decided to bolt, Sarah hadn't heard it from the dog's mind, and certainly didn't think she'd go after a stupid rabbit. But in the end, Rain was a dog after all. A gasp or a yelp escaped her lips when her knees buckled, but instead of feeling the gravel hit and hurt her knees, something else caught her. Wide-eyed, she found one of her hands on an arm, and another on a bandaged chest. Llyon, she thought silently to herself. He could have been hurt! The anger sparked, but dulled immediately as relief flooded through her. Silent, Sarah looked up just to see Hayden go after her, she opened her mouth to exclaim Rain would come back rather quickly by herself, but by the time she had found her voice, Llyon had spoken, calling her by another name. Sabrina? Who was this? An ebb of jealousy suddenly flowed through her, but Sarah stopped herself, as Llyon started to walk away. Hearing a whistle not too far, Sarah turned, spotting Hayden go around a corner by a tree where Rain had darted off. Wait, what the hell just happened? Confusion flowed through her, as she then sighed heavily, regaining her composure. Hayden had gone after Rain, and Llyon had caught her, calling her another name and started to walk away. Quickly, Sarah turned towards where she hoped Hayden could hear her, "She'll -!" She stopped as a flash of fur appeared. Rain, having caught the rabbit in her teeth, was carrying it pridefully in her jaws as she pranced back to the person who had whistled. Seeing the guy from earlier, the dog bounded up to him, the limp form of the sand-colored rabbit in her jowls. Whining happily, Rain dropped it and circled around the man, before padding away and back to him, too excited, she'd forgotten about the rabbit, wanting to get back to her owner and bring this guy with her. Sarah meanwhile, pursued Llyon and caught up with him rather easily, her hand touching his arm, "Thank you..." she mused, eyes scanning carefully, as she inhaled, wanting to see if demons were nearby. When she didn't catch any, fortunately they seemed to have a streak of good luck. Besides, Rain could kill a demon, with Sarah's help of course, but she usually helped keep its attention divided between the girl and the massive, angry dog. Hesitating, Sarah gripped Llyon's arm, wanting him to stop, as she eyed his chest, wanting to know if it hurt him, before she lifted her gaze, "Who.....is Sabrina?" her voice gave no demand, nor did it warrant a response, it was more of just a basic inquiry. Stopping him should be easy with her angelic strength, Sarah mused, "Are you okay?" she looked to his bandages, and lifted her head just to see Rain padding over with Hayden, the dog circling around him happily, acting as if she were trying to shepherd him back here. i believe i told some lies / tagged. im holding onto all i had / eh :3. i believe in butterflies / done. go to hell some other day / click! <3. saying sorry for when i was bad / awww...cute. ^-^ sorry if it isn't the best, but i think it works. <3. trust me itll be ok REAL SLIM SHADY !?
